After reading the good reviews, I realize I must have been given a bad agent or that the business agents here are just terrible. I typically do not need to contact my agent but once or twice a year and it seems to be difficult each time. I was reopening my business in another name and because of the difficulty and lack of communication with this agency, I had decided to go elsewhere. I have now received cheaper insurance from the other agency and they are on top of communicating back to me. I have since needed to contact the ACTUAL company that my previous business insurance is through and they had responded that my insurance was never cancelled from AAA Washington Insurance Agency and they would take care of if. This was a month ago that I have tried to deal with AAA Washington Insurance Agency. What's the purpose of having an agent if they can't do their job. I am happy I went elsewhere for my business insurance.
