Our favorite campground in the area! Lots of fun for kids and adults alike. Best campground store around. 2 trolleys that run on the hour and 20 after the hour to take you right down town and many of the surrounding restaurants for free! Highly recommend!

Expensive, poorly managed, and rude staff. Tent sites are stacked on top of one another. My family has been going for quite some time now and unfortunately this year will be our last year going there. There are other campgrounds closer to OOB that are much nicer, cheaper/better prices, and friendly staff. and the rules as well as management are getting ridiculous. The owner is a joke as well (young and full of himself). Sadly, it’s gone down hill. Used to be such a nice family friendly atmosphere. Now it’s just a money pit. And someone stole my 4 yr old daughters scooter. Who would do such a thing. And lastly, we overheard the staff in the office talking poorly about my family. Very unprofessional. Owners should have never left the place to their son.

Very nice place to stay. However, be prepared for a 10 PM curfew. The employees are eager to let you know if you're out after 10... but that's their business plan and if it works, I'm happy for them. It is however a wonderful place for a young family to stay and enjoy their amenities.

Always have the best experience camping here! Stayed for a weekend on way back from Florida . Campground is clean, well kept. Camp store is one of the best stocked stores & good quality for all RV needs& last minute groceries. Camp wood bundles seem smaller but dry wood is always a bonus!! Had snacks and beer while watching a live band! Cant wait to go back....Staff are very helpful & Friendly

Parking is right at your site. This place is great. If I would've known we would have skipped Hampton Beach and went straight to Bayley's. They sell basically everything you'll need at the shop in the entrance by the pools. Even rv adapters
Animals are allowed but you must let them know if you are bringing one.
If you have a bag and are discreet you’ll be okay. If Glen catches you with alcohol you will be asked to leave however.
Hi Patti- Yes, we offer seasonal sites. We are currently sold out of seasonal sites for the 2022 season but you may contact our office to apply for the 2023 season. Thank you!
Yes
I am from upstate New York. This place is amazing despite the fact that I'm from out of town. Social distancing is being practiced but all in all it feels like completely normal. Very few people wearing masks. 🙂
Yes you pay for some of the activities like mini golf and paddle boat. I dont know how much
Hi Brenda- we are building a summer solution in the next few days so we are able to offer food again for the season. A permanent building will start in the fall after we close for the season. Thank you.
The fire is not going to affect camping. It might affect eating for a while but they are working on it. There is also a small restaurant by the adult pool. But no breakfast etc. Hey your camping bring food Or their are plenty of restaurants around.
