Great service, easy to work with. Just had Dylan come by to clean the chimney. did a great job! He was quick, kept a clean area, pleasant to talk to, had good recommendations and advice, and was nice to the dogs! Glad to have friendly local business in the Southern Maine area, definitely recommend this service.

Have yet to receive full service (I do have an appointment) but having worked in customer service for 18yrs myself I expect the highest standard when speaking with folks and that's exactly what I got when I called billys chimney sweep. The education I was provided with as well as the honesty levels were outstanding and speaks heights of this company. Keep this up as sadly very few are honest and upfront with folks nor are too customer friendly.

I called our locals, no response, I called Billy Sweet Chimney sweep about having bricks replaced and flashing replaced they responded quickly. The following week they arrived in Saco Maine to do the work. Old brick removed put in buckets, very neat. Two guys that came we're professional, courteous, and leveled chimney where it was ready to fall over. Great value for the price. When these folks say we will be here at 0800. You can count on it.

Each certified sweep must pass rigorous examination, while also agreeing to live by the CSIA’s strict code of ethics. Ongoing education is also required in order to maintain certification.
