I’d first like to say thank you to the entire PT and Nursing staff. The management couldn’t find me any wheelchair at all for over 24 HRS . The “ Asst.Dir. promised to order a part for the wheelchair the did “ clean up” for me. I approached my very unapproachable “Social Worker Sam” she was more concerned with her dog! Send loved ones elsewhere trust me!

This rehabilitation center treated me with respect and dignity. I was treated as an equal by staff, even though I was suffering from a severe medical issue. I have spent a year here. I felt it was embarrassing and uncomfortable but staff helped me feel right at home. These are my people and my family. They saved my life!

My experience with The Ambassador Program has been nothing but positive. It's so comforting to know they are here for me. They are knowledgeable and assist in so many ways. Thank God these people are here because I rely on them. They are such a big help. I am especially thankful to Candace, who is my personal favorite. She is extremely dedicated. She has always gone above and beyond to meet any needs I've presented. Candace is such a joy to speak with as she is very personable and most importantly empathetic.

I am a guardian for a patient at the Oxford and as a social worker I have worked with many facilities over the years. I can't say enough about how professional and caring the staff has been. They always follow through on sending me documents, keeping me updated about how the patient is doing, and including me on important conferences and meetings about his care. I know that my client is content and receiving excellent care as he is no longer combative, has gained weight, and participates in PT/OT, which is a huge sign that he likes and trusts staff. Two thumbs up for the Oxford.
