Was my first time having service on my used car at this dealership. William the Service Advisor was pleasant, professional, and went above and beyond. Greg the mechanic was knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. Overall this building was spotless, and I could tell the owners, management, and staff take pride in this business. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my interaction today.

Less than impressed with their service. My Rubicon has been in their shop 4 times for the same issue. Each time I was assured the problem was resolved. Clearly not. Now, no phone calls are returned, emails are not returned, and quite frankly my business will not return. They have taken enough of my time, money, and patience. I would give you less than this 1 star review if it were possible. If you’re looking to get your Jeep worked on here, don’t.

We had a great experience. Everyone was so great to work with and made the car buying process so easy. Kevin Maestranzi was great to work with. From the moment we got on the lot, he listened to what we wanted. He helped us get our dream car and made sure it fit within our budget. He was great at communicating with us from the moment we signed the paper paperwork to the day we picked up the car. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the car and it’s features before we left. I highly recommend asking for Kevin when you visit Bill DeLuca.

Sean and Tony in Sales were low keyed, listened and were excellent to do business with. I traded my BMW coupe for a new Jeep Wrangler 4 Door and they truly made the buying experience pleasurable and stress free. I shopped several dealerships in the Boston metro area and even in NY where I used to live and Deluca had inventory and the support combined with an interest in doing business that others did not exude. Sean and Tony earned my business without any high pressure tactics and we worked a fair trade on my BMW. I will be sure to return for my future purchases and would suggest anyone who happens across this review to give them a shot. Professional, courteous and they want to do business. Any dealership, but DeLuca is by far the best
I just use the synthetic oil I had the same experience when I bought mine and I always use synthetic oil
Mask required in showroom and in parts department.
I can only guess. Your best bet is to call their service dept. directly and ask for an "Estimate"!
