I mean I didn't even get a slip to tell me anything had arrived. It was an important car part that was delivered to the front office. I was never informed it has been there since the 15TH!!!!!! I don't know why every other carrier brings packages to my door however the regular mail carrier appears to be too lazy to walk up stairs to my apt right there. I hope you enjoyed your note!!!!!!

I have trouble getting bigger packages in the apartment I live in and all of the people at the front desk are ALWAYS helping me out by holding packages so I can get them. I never have to wait in line too long, and I come here all the time to drop off packages. They do have a self scan kiosk which I also use from time to time. I drop off packages multiple times a week and they always start tracking within a few hours, and almost always by the end of the day, even if I drop them in the boxes outside. I’ve never had any packages lost here. I do occasionally have a problem with the mail carriers not delivering my mail but the people who work here are always willing to try to work out any problems I have and they are always nice. I’ve also seen the workers here getting yelled at & treated poorly by customers and they have always maintained professionalism & stayed calm.

50/50 if I get anything delivered thru them. Horrendous. (EDIT) Just spoke to management there. This location is beyond worthless. Explicitly stated that the "redelivery system accepts all packages but we won't actually redeliver it" WHAT IN THE EVER LOVING HELL!?

All you have to do is click the website link that is below the 800 number and I will take you directly to that first offices location on USPS.com and it gives you a direct number.
Maybe you didn't have any mail that day. It happens.
Yes a money order is the safest way to send it in letter form, or as others have mentioned PayPal or even western union
Because that can not find the package that goes with that code must be right in the first place
Yes
