No, we do not do ear waxing. We do clean ears of wax. I believe you'd have to see a specialist at a salon that does ear waxing. Thank you so much for your question.
Try closing out your apps on your phone. Then turn off hearing aids, turn off phone. Turn on phone and then hearing aids. If it still isn't paired, you can call our office to email you an attachment that tells how to "forget" current hearing aids and repair fresh again. I hope that helps. Office 405-748-3600.
