Office staff and corporate doesn't care about their residents and deflects responsibilities for damages caused. Corparate refuses to return phone calls. My vehicle has been broken into twice. Police will not respond (thank BLM and the Liberal area of which IMT is located and lack of security from IMT), neighborhood is surrounded by ghettos. Since IMT purchased the property, they have been nothing but a inconvenience. They constantly enter residential units, amenities are often shut down, and nothing beats living in a construction site for 3 + months. There is extremely limited parking, and if you are lucky enough to pay for or find a parking spot, They use a towering vendor that is under criminal indictment by the Colorado attorney General, and deny having vehicles towed before admission that they have been towed. IMT will not hesitate to have your vehicle towed costing you more than $300. IMT is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in more than 20 years of leasing.

I don’t live here, so I can only speak to my experience trying to tour the community. I made an appointment for 2pm. When I arrived, no one was there. I waited for a half hour for someone to show up and was then told that the system should not have let me made an appointment. I understand technical glitches, but a phone call or an email to reschedule would have been nice. At the very least, I would have appreciated if the leasing agent apologized or was at least nice to me. She was rude, dismissive, and basically kicked me out.

The move in process went very smooth. I have had encounters with lots of apartment management groups who do their best to make it difficult, but that was not the case this time. They did their best to make sure i felt comfortable with the process and get me into my home. They were very knowledgable, friendly, and consistent. I really appreciated their well thought out responses and their response time through email and phone.

I moved to IMT Lowry without ever seeing the place in person. Risky, yes... disappointing, no! I love the location, the amenities, the apartment itself and the staff! Kyle and his team are amazing. I probably call them at least once a week asking tons of questions and they are always so eager to help. The property is well maintained and it is a relatively quiet complex. Only con so far is the parking situation if you don't have a carport/garage. So definitely worth investing! Lowry has so many fun restaurants and trails to walk and IMT is so close to everything! All my friends who come visit say they love my new place and the complex!
