Went there today for a follow up appointment from the hospital stay. Appointment is at 930 am, we get there at 915. Only to find out that the Dr. had moved to a building in Mays Landing, which we were not told. We then drive to Mays Landing get there about 945am to be told that we had to be rescheduled. After explaining to the resepcionist what happened she just told someone else so that she could tell us we were late and couldn't be seen. At all of this no one took responsibility for their wrong doing and we got rescheduled. Only to find out that it's a telephone conference . Don't understand it's a follow up from a hospital stay. Please don't ask for me to contact the office admin. All of this could have been avoided if the Northfield office called the Mays Landing office and the appointment was honered. 👎👎👎No one gets seen at the exact time appointment is scheduled for. 👎👎👎

They cancelled my appt and didn't even tell me until I got there. They cancelled it saying it was because of my insurance, I showed the lady my insurance card and she says okay we take your insurance and then says the doctor isn't taking new patients. It never said he wasn't online when I made the appt. It was a waste of time and very unorganized. Don't recommend.

Went to neurologist office as my mom who’s 84 years old is a Dementia patient .Due address change of the office I got to the appointment late as I went to 2 different buildings . The appointment was for 1:30 got there by 1.49 as its on second floor And with old person who has rheumatoid arthritis also.I was told the Dr can’t see you .as you are late . It’s ok to sit in the office for half an hour before you’re seen but can’t get there late because of address changeThey previously canceled 2 appointments that was ok. The supervisor was only looking at the text sent to me which doesn’t say that this is the new address as our office had moved. Very racist and unprofessional.
