It’s is such a bad system very inconvenience for the patient. They can never get things done just bad . I was with Dr. Szeto for almost 15 years but the way that office is running. I am thinking about switching a doctor. I love her but I just can’t deal with stress and the bad service anymore.

I brought in a form to an August appointment that needed to be filled out for work. They said they would hold it for me and send it when the results of a LabCorps test came in. When I got the test, I asked them to send the completed form, and they said they didn't have the form at all! AND they said I needed to get a physical to complete the form, even though in August they said they could fill out the form without a new physical! I missed a deadline from work because of this and nearly lost my job. I'm not 100% sure what occured, but it is ridiculous that they told me everything except the LabCorps test was ready in August, then in September they say they don't have the form at all, then in October, they say I have to get an entirely new physical. The front desk person was patient though despite my frustration, and it was not her fault so she did a good job. But overall this process was ridiculous and put me in serious jeopardy!

Doctor I see is good. However the calling system now is poor. Wish you could call direct again to staff

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE do not go here!! They completely ignore all attempts of contact to refill my 80 year old grandmother's extensive list of medications. RIDICULOUS she has been without her meds for 2 WHOLE DAYS... they finally gave us the time of day when I showed up and demanded a refill. don't waste your time.
