If I could give less I would, both facilities are racist, no black receptionist at either locations, only Hispanics and whites. I was three minutes past after the 20-minute cut off and they told me to reschedule.

Very rude staff from the receptionist to the appointment line. You can never get a "live..speaking somebody"to answer the phone. The recording tells you they are short staffed that's hardly the way to approach matters. When they do answer the phone they are rough and gruff. Health care is not for those who lack compassion. As hospital staff we can never get them to send records to us easy. It is always a run around.

I'm only rating one star because a negative star rating is not an option. This is an absolutely horrible joke of a place. I had the misfortune of misunderstanding my health insurance website - I thought this place was in network, it was not (and quite frankly for good reason - no one should go here). I was told that prior to making an office visit, I had to do a telehealth visit where they collect medical information (basic stuff when going to a new doctor). I received no care during this visit. I had an office visit afterwards with a very unintelligent, condescending individual. Everything she told me was wrong. 1.) She advised Nasacort for allergies - the next doctor I went to advised against this due to it being to drying. 2.) She said if Nasacort was too drying, alternate days using it - the next doctor I went to advised this product would have to be used everyday to get the benefit of it. 3.) She advised switching from Zyrtec to Claritin - The allergist I went to later on advised that this is incorrect, you would have to take 4 Claritin to receive the benefits of 1 Zyrtec. 4.) She said allergy pills lose their effectiveness over time - The allergist I went to later on advised that this is also incorrect, allergy pills cause drying which leads to post nasal drip, the issue I needed assistance with. 5.) I requested general blood work, she haughtily asked me "What are you looking for?" - the next doctor I went to was shocked, general blood work when you haven't had any in a while (it had been probably 3 years for me) is standard procedure. Now they have been trying for months to charge me $193 for that initial telehealth visit that I had, in which I received no care. I called the billing office multiple times to dispute it. Finally I got an answer from the Newark office (not the office I went to, mind, until now I had no idea I had anything to do with the Newark office) that the charge was valid and that I consented to it (I did not). So now I've contacted the Newark office who told me I had to speak to the Enrollment office, who was not currently available. Waiting to hear back from them with a whole lot of more nothing. In case it was not clear from this terribly wrong review, avoid this place at ALL COSTS. I would recommend someone with ChristianaCare if it's In Network for you (it is for me, fortunately) - I've had positive experiences so far. And the office is way cleaner, nicer, and the staff far more professional than this scummy place.
