MINT CONDITION CAR CAME DAMAGED Terrible company, we shipped our mint condition vehicle with them. When the vehicle arrived it was damaged, looked like a forklift banged into the car door. They also placed another truck on top of our car hood without any protection, which damaged the hood. When we asked for the damages to be covered, the owner said this "We know our reponsabilidy is to return your vehicle in the same condition you delivered it at origin, that is why we will send our person in charge to evualuate the damages caused on the door and the car bonnet" After we took it to their "approved" shop, we quickly saw that this shop was on a dirt road without any paint booth. After we provided a quote from a reputable shop that had a paint booth, Interport quickly said sorry we will only cover up to $300. They showed us a paper we signed which was in Spanish - this was signed in the USA Unethical, Poor Business, Terrible Business Owner.

I have been occupying Interport services for shipments to Nicaragua for more than a year and a half without any problem. All items arrive on time in good condition and reasonable prices. If it helps to compare prices with other companies but they are neither expensive nor cheap but so far they have been very responsible and everything arrives in good condition, no item damaged so far. Taking over different shipping companies and sending items by mail to Nicaragua on my own account in the last 10 years I have learned that the thieves are the customs, and not those of shipping companies. Once I sent 5 iphones by fedex to Nicaragua, and customs damaged them by opening the packages and they are not responsible for the least. Several of them stole the accessories from the new and sealed boxes. That was with customs and nothing to do with any shipping company.

They are an irresponsible company with the commercial load, they do not even take inventory of what you send, and when the cargo reaches your relatives, it arrives incomplete. We sent a cargo and some of the merchandise was stolen and both parties here in Miami and in Managua washed their hands saying that nobody had touched anything. Please do not send with them, they have a bad attention, and this company constantly has these problems with its employees

Please do not absolutely command anything for these companies, they are big shameless crooks, I lived in my own flesh. They stole a box plus the shipment that was 250 dollars later. The destitute asked me for 100 dollars, telling me that with that they were going to give me my box and It turns out that it was a lie, and I reported them to the police. They sent me a report, I thought that what happened to me did not happen.
