Never any availability to see patients in house only over the phone. God forbid you be sick n the dr can't help you over the phone cause the dr needs to here your lungs or something

People on the phone or at the reception seem to always have an attitude for some reason and although they check your information before asking you what you called for, of the call gets disconnected they don't call back. After waiting for 15 minutes I got disconnected and had to call again and wait for another 15 minutes

Worst healthcare facility I have ever been to. The providers are not thorough. They always act like it's a hassle to do any diagnostic tests. Not to mention, they do not keep your healthcare records confidential. The receptionist discussed my healthcare concerns in the waiting area with a very loud tone (HIPAA violation). I’m sure the whole waiting area overheard. I have a few family members who have also been here and have also agreed that it is the worst facility they have ever been to. I have had way too many bad experiences here and at the bear location that my review would be pages long. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.

This place has the absolute worst service time and very unorganized! I have been scheduled for the wrong kind appointment twice which I had to pay for. I have been trying to refill my prescription for 3 weeks now and the staff is not helpful. This place truly doesn’t not care about your health.
