Very happy to move here at Atlas Apartments; staff if very professional and helpful. Move on paperwork and procedure was smooth. Residents are friendly and surrounding area is safe for everyone. Awesome apartments and you can't beat the convenience to local trails and shops. If you get an apartment here be sure to work with Mariana. She goes above and beyond in all ways & was hands down one of the biggest reasons why I enjoyed being at Atlas apts so much. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Atlas.

My wife and I have lived at Atlas for a year now and are very happy with it in every way. Great location, stores, restaurants minutes walk away. Quiet, walls are thick and I never hear neighbors. Maintenance is super quick. Great amenities, gym, grill, coffee, cookies, even a nice view of Squak Mountain from the south side. The admins are great. Always there, many live at Atlas. The previous staff (before about 6 months ago) was bad, but new admin is really good. Cost of living is high in western WA, but we have found no place comparable either for rent or purchase. Overall a great place to live!
