The Timbers has been a phenomenal place to live the last 6 months. It's tucked away in a quiet area in a beautiful part of town. It's very relaxing to come home after long days at work and relax to views of mountains. I worked with Alexia to secure an apartment and her customer service is above and beyond. When Alexia is unavailable, Thaddeus steps in and has been incredibly helpful as well. They make a great team in the front office of The Timbers. I highly recommend checking out this property.

Two stars because we did get good natural light, protection from the elements, and a front door that locked but honestly this was the last nail in the coffin for me and my disdain for property management groups and apartment complexes that don’t care about their resident’s needs. Vehicle theft/vandalism has occurred on multiple occasions from this property (which is obviously not their fault) but they consistently refused to be helpful to me in any way after my truck was stolen directly from the parking lot. Old/faulty/gross kitchen appliances that broke. Refrigerator broke and it took them two weeks to address it. Passive aggressive attitudes at times from office staff and certain maintenance staff. They often close the office early which prevents you from picking up packages that they hold. Don’t let the happy replies to the 5-star ratings fool you if you’re looking for a cooperative/helpful leasing office. Overall unfortunate experience for us and we ended our lease early and are so happy with our decision.

I loved living at The Timbers and would choose it again if I move back to WA. After living in one of the apartments for 6 months, I ended up transferring to a townhome and the transition was made super easy. The staff were always friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Maintenance also responded to issues in a timely manner. The rent price to square footage ratio was reasonable, considering the area these apartments are in and the amenities included in the complex. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Beware of apartment F104!!! There are extremely high levels of mold no matter how often you clean it, mold damage cost me thousands of dollars that my RENTERS INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER and completely ruined priceless items (my son’s baby clothes and other keepsakes) and it made my son sick more often, the mold is worse in the master bedroom but none of this was mentioned to me when I signed on the dotted line. Also if you have houseplants DO NOT RENT F104, there is not enough natural light, it’s situated below ground level and surrounded by large trees and you can see this from the balcony pic I posted, the apartment is dark and depressing! I have lost 3 plants near and dear to me (these plants were 16 years old!) due to the humidity and lack of light. Also in 4/2018 there were 6 BURGLARIES in the complex and yet my bottom floor apartment window locks were never changed as management promised. Maintenance jobs can take a while to be completed, one maintenance man smelled of alcohol. The apartment I lived in was old with the original carpet from 20 yrs ago, outdated appliances, old flooring and fixtures, really overpriced for what it’s worth. I never viewed this apartment before signing because I relocated from out of state and took the apartment associate’s word when she said “there’s a lot of natural light, you will love the layout) I would not have taken this apartment if I came to view before signing the contract.
