Lived here for 1 year-6 months right as they were brand new. In the beginning it was pretty great as most of the units were pretty empty and the old management was very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean, new and aesthetically appealing/modern. Once Covid hit and the new management switched it all went down hill. We had to continue paying for amenities that we weren’t allowed to use, gosh they didn’t even let you sit on the couches in the clubhouse or even use the grills outside. Ridiculous. Parking as expected was difficult to find towards the evening and those who had garages didn’t park in their garage spots and got no warnings. We even had an attempted theft and damage to one of our vehicles that happened during our time there and when we notified management they did nothing but offer their apologies. No increased security or cameras as break ins to vehicles were happening constantly. As we were moving out we paid cleaners to clean our unit along with going over everything ourselves and we were still charged a cleaning fee. And we also had to pay several hundred dollars for “wall damage” for some minor holes from hanging up decor that we filled in. They even kept our security deposit instead of immediately refunding it as per WA state requirements. Overall it was great in the beginning but it all went downhill. I won’t be recommending this apartment to anyone I know. Why pay so much for a place that isn’t any better than a run down apartment complex elsewhere.

Anthology owed me money upon my move out. It took several months to get this back. Against WA state law. When I was finally paid...The first check I was issued bounced to which my own bank charged me for. Now having been out of the apartment more than than 6 months I am receiving emails in error that I owe them money. I have confirmed other residents (that no longer live there) are receiving the same emails. This property refuses to address the confusion. They refuse to answer phone calls and their corporate line gets you nowhere. Stay away for your own sanity.

I love this area and the anthology community has a lot of potential, however the communication from management is subpar at best. And….while the amenities also have a lot of potential, they fall short. Gym is dirty, the pool table looks like it served as a dog bed at some point and furniture in lounge is stained and dirty. Best part is the pool, assuming its not green and or even open.

Beautiful place to live. Tracey is very kind and got us into our apartment quickly and smoothly. Only one hiccup happened and it was taken care of so fast! Honestly I've never had a moving experience where there was less than 10 hiccups. This is the best place we have ever lived and we will be here for a long time.
