There are guest parking spots throughout the complex. Usually you can find one close to your building unless it's a major holiday, then they may have to walk a bit. Living here for the last 3 years it's only been an issue a couple times. Again mainly on major holidays or if someone is moving. Of course you get the people who live here and only have one parking spot and use the visitor parking for the second vehicle.

if there is a space avaliable "usually only if someone is selling the unit". Some units come with 2 spots. You can ask the HOA if they have one you can pay extra for "if you are buying", if you are renting you may not have a choice. There is some space people use down past the A building for extra parking that is not part of the complex, however you will have to talk a ways depending on the building you are in.
