Been here for two years now. The townhouses are okay, my issue is with rental increase. The first year i renewed it went up $200. For my renewal this year they are increasing rent almost $500 to "match market rates". Will be leaving needless to say.

The apartment community is not worth the rent. They are very short staffed and getting a minor maintenance request fixed takes more than a week. Really not impressed by the service provided by the management. If you are looking for a place with quick turn around for fixing issues then this is not the community.

We had a bad experience here. My husband’s motorcycle was stolen from one of the garages. And we are moving out in March when our lease ends. Even if we had this very sad experience, I saw one of their units with a promotion today and called leasing office to ask if we can get advantage of this ongoing promotion. And they said we are not new applicants for them so we are not qualified for any promotions. Okay, even if this does not make any sense for me, I got it. But, I do not understand that our motorcycle is stolen from their protected garage which we pay extra each month just to keep our vehicles safe. And all they said is they are sorry and they put some flyers around community. But these are less than what I was expecting when I compared with other communities I lived in previously. Today, hearing we are not even qualified for ongoing promotions made me sad. And I know that if they want they could offer something. Anyway.... if I talk about advantages of living in our current unit I would say it has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the view during work from home times. But be aware that you will be paying too much :). For disadvantages, I would say it has a balcony that you can never use because there is always water coming up from upstairs so we can not leave furniture in balcony and since our balcony and upper units are not designed same their balconies will be looking to yours. Move-in process was easy. Leasing office members were kind. We will see how move-out process will be in next month. I will update here once I see how much they will charge us. I hope this give you overall idea about move-in and out process price wise since we all know that it is a huge headache.

Last week, schedule a tour of the townhome, I visit the community and I love it a lot! Because of their amazing leasing officer, his name is Oliver!!! He is nice and responsible, when we met him he gives us a lot of recommendations for choosing our floor plan. Tell us which one will be a great location. we are excited to move in and appreciate him giving us great service during the social distancing...
