Been going here for my MMP card 4 years now and smooth sailing every time all the way through for the most part. I don’t know why all the complaints because every doctors office has rude staff every now and then. I also had a mishap with my address at one point and got it fixed asap through my dispensary. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars. Only complaint I have is the renewal fee increases:/

Last visit was scheduled on a day my NP wasn't even in the office. Now, since they say I have not seen them in too long they cancelled my relationship? Tell me I will have to go through whole process just to -renew- the basic emergency inhaler perscription for my asthma. Don't bother, they are about medical MJ and little else. Unwilling to work with me over the most basic meds out there as I have had asthma for 20+ years and never had a hard time getting the emergency inhaler before.

Finding a new place to get primary care. Staff is rude and incompetent. It is like pulling teeth to get ahold of the doctor or to have a prescription refilled. They can never find anything that is faxed or sent to them. Terrible.
