I walked into Quest Diagnostics in West Hartford CT on a Monday morning without an appointment. Entered info to check-in and was promptly greeted by a phlebotomist named Brendaliz. She was welcoming and very CALMING - I never even felt the needle and I was watching it go in! Entire process was so pleasant and quick, it started my week on such a positive note…. a wonderful surprise! (This location is not near me, I just happened to have an appointment nearby.)

No way to call a a real person and google does not being you to the right place. Staff is very rude. The office is too stingy to hire a secretary. That being said. If you need to go, park in the public lot near the entrance for Edward Jones or Liberty. Inside there will be TINY gold name plates with Quest listed

This is not a review of the facility but of the 800 number you call to make an appt- SO terrible. I kept on saying I wanted a appt Jan 18 and it thought I meant June! I tried everything and it just just kept on saying "I'm sorry can you repeat that ! Very frustrating
