Actually, they did sell magic cards. They are not seeking any new product for it. They keep a limited supply and only had battlebond. They also don't sell singles. They have a few boxes of commons and uncommons. I go to tons of card shops in AZ. I will try my best to answer the questions.

The store itself does not buy cards. However, plenty of players go there over the weekend. You could probably sell to the players, but I would do research on what you have to make sure you're getting a fair price. Tcgplayer.com is the best place to look. If you're looking to sell to a shop, I know Play or Draw out in Avondale buys and I'm pretty sure Manawerx on 43rd and Thunderbird does too.

It does not hurt to ask if you call them ahead of time. But yugioh is big in this store. The owner you would ask for is Aaron. He is super nice and is very honest.

This is not a good store to try to look for mainstream manga... Or manga in general, but they do have an overwhelmingly large collection of comics, though very little organization in them.

Yes and in my experience he's very honest in what you have even explained to me which books I should hold on to and which are not valuable to a collector. Went as far as explaining to me how they should be stores once he say my shoe boxes.
