Worst installation service! No stove or oven in our house for two weeks! We bought a stove and oven last month. The installation has been rescheduled FOUR times. Today the installers supposedly came 4.5 hours early, left a voicemail that couldn't get into our neighborhood gate then left (oh, btw, we were home). We have spent hours calling only to get the run around from the installers and Best Buy. We have not had a stove or oven for TWO WEEKS! Now we have been told they can't "fit us in" in two weeks. Save yourself and buy your appliances somewhere else!

They apparently don't have anybody available to sell me a Chromebook. Told them what I wanted said they'd get someone to help me & I waited for like 30 minutes and then left bc no one ever came to help or anything.

Unlike the service and staff assistance the Covid safety practices are pretty good here, and standard with businesses that are concerned about public safety.
Yes you can and only allows certain people at one time so keep in mind you perhaps can wait in line but you will get in!

Yes, I take it that the computer your talking about is a laptop and has an internal battery. This should take no more than 10-15 minutes at the most. I believe that their Geek Squad should be able to take care of that. I work in the IT Field and most of the 10-15 minutes it takes to replace the battery is just loosening screws.

Yes best buy can send a certified geek squad agent to your house. The prices vary based ont job but expect to pay at least 100 dollars.
No they won't donate computers. However you can go to azstrut.org and they will donate computers to you
