I love Cats Limited the only other place I have brought my fur babies is Pieper Veterinary in Middletown, though that was it after Cats Limited referred me. As the others have said you get what you pay for. They are extremely thorough.

If you suspect it's an emergency, take them to VCA Veterinary Specialists (call ahead, can be a long wait but they're open 24/7)

Cats Limited on New Britian ave west Hartford. They are knowledgeable and very kind and it's the only place I bring our cat for care.

Yes, they are a little more expensive. But I won't take my cat anywhere else. They are incredibly caring, explain thoroughly options and procedures, are experts on cat health, and provide a comfortable place for kitties. There is no smell, no loud noises and no barking here. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and caring and will spend as much time as you need!

If not they'll give you what you need to have it taken care of. They are great I trust them totally

It is best to contact Cats Ltd. They may have several options. It depends on what you will want to do. They give excellent support to you if your kitty is very sick. Often they have you come at a non busy time in the schedule. Often they will help you clean your car if your cat messed etc. This decision you may have to make is not an easy one.
