Good afternoon, I bring my daughter to the office pm pediatric urgent care in west Hartford and I don’t want come back to this office no more because poor service and the Doctor or NP they don’t didn’t nothing to my daughter, she said my daughter look good and when I go to my Daughter’s Doctor pediatrician he told me my daughter have bronchitis, asthma and ear infection, thanks to the person saw my daughter and ask no sense questions that day, and don’t listen the Details when I talk to her, I’m medical assistant and I know when people have more than common cough. Poor service

Today we experienced PM pediatrics in west Hartford for the first time. It was an amazing experience. My 1.5 yr old was enjoying herself in the lobby. The person at the front desk was beyond helpful, patience and welcoming. She offered help as I tried to input the information while wrangling my tiny human. Every nurse we had contact with continued the high level of professionalism and comfort. Everyone waved and allowed/encouraged my tiny human to explore the animals on the walls. We will definitely be back when the time calls for it!
