Attention to all Elizabeth Park visitors! There is a dangerous male who often visits this park with his dog (shepherd). This man threatened my mother with his dog and showed his private parts because she had a Ukrainian flag on her car. If she did not lock her car, God knows what could have happened. Please be aware and careful! Attached are photos of him and his car!
