The staff here are exceptional! From the office staff to the maintenance crew everyone is so kind and helpful. They do a really good job to keep everything looking clean fresh and up-to-date.

The application process was extremely hard sell, with no consideration as to applicant input. The application funnel is very manipulative, with a hard close funnel at the intake end, resulting in escalating prices at each extended move-in date. This is an algorithm designed to manipulate people into making hasty and time-pressured decisions. Please beware of greystar, period. It is a very manipulative firm - I know, as I had a friend working there for over two years. If you try to call the office, you will not get a phone pick-up, period. If you send an email you will likely not receive a reply timely, if at all. Of the five emails I sent, I received one reply. If you sign an application, you are agreeing to a corporate selected arbitration that favors the agency, and you waive all rights to litigate your issue - please consider this carefully. If you don't care about any of these issues, then please, rent away! That's all - I hope this is helpful to someone.

My name is Mike Miller, I have lived at Lakemont for 1 year. The place is Great, with the current Team. Linda, Mary, Lawrence, Trevor and Steve. They get things done! They are open and transparent about all of our dealings. Once we even had a difficult issue with a water heater and they made things right asap. Everyone communicates and stays on top of the property. The community is also very nice. People look out for each other and property. Once there seemed to be a vehicle lurker and one of us spotted the situation and reported the activity to the police. This drives out theft and deters future situations from arising the best way we know how.(working together).The place is very nice as well, with appliances that are modern. And lastly lets talk about mold. Mold is an issue anywhere in the PNW. Mary told me upfront, keep dark and moist areas clean. If you take care of your place I couldn't see how you would have a very big issue. Again she told me this upfront very transparent and I had no surprises. I was on top of the situation and also used damp rid, which made it easier to skip weeks of up-keep sometimes. The maintenance supervisor Lawrence coordinates well he even setup the time to pre inspect my move out and final inspect the residence. (most places will not unless you ask) And always delivers along with the other men. The place is outstanding. Thank you Guys for such very hard work especially during the shutdown and these stressful times. Incredible~ I really cannot say enough good things, They've held packages for extended periods. Call and check the place out for yourself. Kudos~ Mike

From the moment I found Lakemont online, I knew this is where I wanted to live. The entire process has been seamless and easy. The office staff are extremely helpful and kind, and the grounds are beautiful. The residences are spacious and comfortable. It truly feels like a home here. So far all of the residents I've met are friendly and welcoming. I very much look forward to staying here well past my initial year lease. I absolutely love my new home!
