One of the front desk’s attitude is not good and not friendly. She looked arrogant.

This is my favorite optical department anywhere! Extremely basic waiting-room area, but superb optical care. Get their optional optical scan: outstanding value for low cost, useful for diagnosing eye and many other conditions, very useful record-keeping over time. Dr. Ambo is especially outstanding: extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough.

Great customer service!!! The ladies at the Optical department are really kind and they always help us and take good care of us as a customers, I highly recommend them. Plus they have a great variety of glasses and stunning prices.

Wow, this seems harsh. I normally wouldn't bother to leave a review but these seem so unfair. It's COstco they run a ton of folks through here so I get they don't want to answer stuff on the phone and you need to go in there anyway to try on glasses. And their glasses are really good as far as my eyes can tell and way cheaper than other services. I had even bought a pair of trendy WPs which looked great but the optics were terrible and Costco used my prescription to make me new lens which made them as good as the Costco pair that have been my favorite glasses ever. And which pair have I been getting the most compliments on? It's not been the WPs!

Yes.
I got the polarized lenses with edge polish, the frames were $80, and with both the lenses it came out to $220.

Yes. If the prescription has not expired, it should be saved on your membership records and you can use that to order a 2nd pair.
