Village Antique is my favorite antique store around! Stop in for wonderfully interesting items, there is something for everyone. Items are truly “antique” yet they are quite reasonably priced. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Gertrude is the sweetest and most caring lady you will ever meet! She is a blessing and is dedicated to helping others and bringing light into their lives. Also, their book collection is expansive and again, they are all priced well. Compared to many other “antique stores” in the area, their prices are top notch and the quality is even better!

Sorry - I never got into furniture restoration. I did do restoration of old-time tube radio, but had to give it up when I got a pacemaker. I'm sure the staff at the village can steer you to someone who does it.

I have a cookie Jar that looks like a monk, that has Thou Shall Not Steal on it. It says Red Wing on the bottom, I know it has to be at least 80 yers old. How can I find out how much it is worth

Take it to their store or a lot of pictures. Hopefully they can give you an idea of the value
