trash departments always dirty and staff worry about socializing than helping

I had great help here at the emergency center in the Beaumont hospital. A doctor came out to check on me before I went back. Two doctors help me out. I did have to wait a while. But I feel like a great service.

This is ridiculous. I've been here 9 hours and got a IV, xray, and a doctor looked at my foot with an open wound in hallway. I got antibiotics but nurse forgot about me and I didnt get it on time. Pushed back everything. 47 people ahead of me waiting for a room. Staff apologize for long wait but are tired and rude when you ask questions they've heard a million times. DONT COME HERE! Not staff fault but I wouldn't work here. Do yourself a huge favor and don't bother.

If you sick don’t go there,, Very bad reception, attitude at the door. Your better off staying home because they will let you die without caring for you what so ever. They treated my family who was involved in a car accident with no care and disregard all the pain and suffering they were going through.

There is a call center ...and it depends on the time that u call...there is not always secretarys there to anwser phones and transfer calls
