I love the staff at the Issaquah Bartells! I visit several times a month of a variety of pharmacy needs. They are always friendly, kind helpful, and down to earth. They are a popular location but the store also varies some excellent STEAM, kids, and local gift ideas, if your ever in a crunch. The game below is a real brain twister. L❤️VE this store!

I waited an hour in the drive thru for a covid test, they said they didn’t have the paperwork ready so would I be willing to drive around and let the people behind me go? Screw that noise, they can wait just like I did. Why have 2 lines if they are only going to have one open? Need a covid test? Don’t go to this location.

I showed up to get a prescription at the end of a really bad day. The man helping me wasn’t a pharmacist, but he was working in the pharmacy and he was so kind. I think it was visible that I had been in tears prior to walking in, and before I left the counter he offered me a lollipop. I feel like they don’t usually offer those to 20 year olds, lol. Small act of kindness but it made a really big difference to me and added some light to a dark day. Thank you to him!

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. Service and performance has dropped considerably over last year. Too many people have moved into this area and they have not adjusted. Low inventory sometimes requires you to make 2 or 3 trips just to get a very common med like metoprolol. They use to call to warn you in case you could wait. Going there has become more of an ordeal. 3 stars because the head was pharmacist Sharon is so nice.
