Housekeeping was bad, (twice didn’t come) common areas were dirty and breakfast was subpar, many issues with card keys and tv. Also rooms do not have safe boxes. I used to stay there, but not anymore. The hotel is lowering its quality.

I checked in at 10am .Rude people at the desk. Didn't care that I was evacuated . Only one room for one night, only to hear other guests reserving 2 nights after 10am. The hotel is filthy. Try vacuuming every now and then. I've been using holiday inn for 50 years. This place was the worst!

Place is run down. It needs investing to make renovations. Doors are old, baseboards old and stained, and place smells.
