When we arrived at the location for our antigen test appointment there was no obvious signage for Alliance Health. We had to walk around a bit to find the office. Signage needed! Our testing experience was professionally handled, there were no glitches, and we got our results by email in 20 minutes. So we were happy with the efficiency. But we didn't get a smile from the attendant the entire time we were there. That and better signage would have rated a five.

I will not go here. Looks nothing like a healthcare facility. When I called to request a refund I was told they only have a number for appointments not refunds send an email. I will not go here ever
