The female pharmacist that was working on Saturday December 4th at 6:30 pm has horrible customer service! After went 3 times to the pharmacy cause they were saying that my doctor did not sent any refil authorization, my doctor sent me the proof showing that the prescription was sent on December 1st electronic/ by fax. I came back to get my medication that the doctor re sent the prescription but not a moment the pharmacist admitted that was a mistake from Publix pharmacy. Wouldn’t be easier to only say to a client “ I am sorry but maybe we had a glitch on our system and even though you have the proof that the prescription was sent on December 1st we did not receive in our system” ? Bur instead she kept insisting that she did not receive the prescription at all and blaming the doctors office?! Publix that usually have a great customer service, in this pharmacy particularly this pharmacist does not match Publix standards.
