The room was small yet cozy. The bed was pretty firm which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was disgusting. And whoever was attending the breakfast area was interrupted by a Chinese staff member who was having a very loud phone call.

I am staying here for work currently. I have been very satisfied with my stay here so far. Property feels new, clean, and fresh. Breakfast includes good variety of food. Staff are quite friendly also. Great location, close to the highway and major roads.

I stayed two different weeks at this hotel both coming & going. They couldn't have been more accommodating during both stays. My dogs were welcome, there were nice clean spaces for them outside, & housekeeping was great. The breakfast is the best served at any TownePlace Suites I've stayed at so far. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others and would stay again myself. The value is incredible & it's in a convenient location.

We have stayed here before and had better experiences, but this was a nightmare. If they try and put you in the high 230s, just leave immediately as it will be a terrible experience good for you. It is right below the generator and is nearly impossible to sleep. When we talked to the front desk, they told us they would make us pay for a different room to sleep in (even though the hotel wasn't near capacity). I would avoid this location.
