!!WORTH THE READ!! If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Terrible service. We had reserved a room a day before we arrived. When driving to Gillette, I called the hotel to make sure the room was still reserved, at 1:00 p.m. Mark had confirmed that my room was still reserved. I called again at 3:00 p.m. and the room was no longer reserved. Along with that, the room we had reserved was still available, so not sure why our reservation was cancelled. The room then went from being $426 to $576. I went into the hotel to speak to Mark to ask why our reservation had been canceled when the room we reserved was still available. He searched his computer and stated that we had never reserved the room. After mentioning our phone call conversation at 1:00 p.m. where he explicitly stated that our room was reserved, he denied saying so and said that he just said the room was available to reserve. After I asked why our room was available at 1:00 p.m. and then not available at 3:00 p.m., he picked up his computer and shoved it at me, basically ripping the computer system from the cables. After that, he refused me service and told me to leave, as if I was in the wrong. Also, did I mention that Mark is the manager?? Very unprofessional and extremely rude, it almost deters me from staying at ANY Quality Inn if that is the type of employees they hire. I will NEVER be returning to this Quality Inn.

Positive: The employees were very kind and the hotel was extremely clean! Negative: The air conditioner did not work and the location was on the outskirts of town in a rougher area.

Way to noisy. Not considerate of children. Random kids running around. Screaming. Dogs barking and pounding on the floor above us. Room is way to small. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Walls are super thin. Front desk people are rude. Overall not impressed. Especially for the price. It’s not worth it.

Robina is such a great manager! She moved me to a different room because my neighbor was a loud talker. Then, she fixed my TV. Also, the rooms are very nice! Thanks Robina...for brightening my day!
