This hotel is absolutely horrible. Stay away! We got to this dump at 10:30 p.m. and had reservations for two rooms each with two queen beds. The people working behind the desk seemed like they had no clue what they were doing, and that’s probably true, since one girl said it was her first day on the job. The manager at the front desk had a hard time getting us our rooms because they weren’t cleaned. How the hell are rooms not cleaned at 10:30 p.m.? After lots of back and fourth, they ended up getting us our rooms, but they ended up being double beds instead of queens and it was 11:15 p.m. at this point. Oh, things get better! Our room key didn’t work, so we had to go down to the front desk three times to get a working key. Our room didn’t have a TV remote and there were empty beer cans near the window. The shower head was very low, so the only people who could comfortably use the shower are kids. The door to my in-laws room was unlocked when we got there and the A/C in their room barely worked. It felt like a sauna in there the next morning. The best thing about this place is seeing it in my rearview mirror. Like the lady at the front desk said. “This place is a dump.”

Very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly with lots of grass for the dogs.

The room appeared unkempt. The heater was very loud and cycled on every few minutes waking us up often. There was mold above the window. The parking lot was icy.
