I love Hilton hotels. That's why I stayed there. Room was ok, a little beat up but still worth staying in. Hotel stuff wasn't that friendly. I felt like they are fast to judge people based on their appearance. No "good morning" when we came down for breakfast or any pleasant greeting at all. And for the first time my family and I didn't get no good sleep because of loud guests upstairs. I'm very disappointed ☹️. I am not paying a higher price for the hotel to be looked down at by the staff or not getting any sleep because of other guests. With that said I do believe we won't be staying at HOME 2 next time we are in Gillette.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. I had everything I needed. The room was large and clean. I was traveling with my cat, and the pet fee is less than half of what Residence Inn charges. Fast check-in, luggage carts were available to make moving baggage easy, and fast check-in. I highly recommend this hotel. :)
