If you are looking for the perfect hotel this is it. Great customer service, super friendly. (I had inadvertently made my reservations for the wrong date and they quickly change them with no additional charges) The atmosphere was very relaxing and our room was immaculate, I will stay here again and again.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was sweet!! very big and nice with a kitchen and big livingroom. nice!

Not a great stay here. Probably the worst stay at a hotel we've had. - Staff complaining about staff - Pool and hot tub not open - Extremely slow elevator - TV didn't work, and was very old - Sitting on the end of the bed made it tip forward - Breakfast was a joke. They were out of hot breakfast items every 10 minutes and had no milk. - Alarm clock looked like it was from 1980 and made weird buzzing noises so we had to unplug it. - Coffee maker in the room didn't work
