They do have free cloths for anyone who needs them. The food items, you need to qualify for. If you get any state assistance (ie. SNAP, Medicaid, TANIF, etc.) You would qualify. There may be additional information needed fir food such as: paystubs, household verification, or a SNAP acceptance letter, but the clothes are free for all. They also accept donations.
