2nd Bike- Suzuki GSX-S 1000 R - June 2021 "I have spent quite a large amount of money at Hebelers but I've never felt bad about it. I am always treated with a personal touch. The first bike I bought, I totaled and Hebelers reserved my 2nd bike before I even got the insurance check. They didn't ask for anything down, they did however garner my trust. Mike always get's me a better price for things I want. Saved a boatload on my first AND second Aria Corsair helmet. Saved more on my Alpinestar Leather Jacket, and Icon Riding gloves. And at the end of the day, all these items I was wearing on the day of my accident and they saved my life. With Mike / Hebelers it's almost like I pay wholesale. When I think of Hebelers, I think of a bike shop whose opinion I can trust and the savings to back it up." 3rd Bike- Kawasaki ZX10-R - May 2022 "Jacque not only got everything squared away for me, but he also picked me up at my house, paid for lunch, and brought me to the dealership to finalize the sale. Tom" "Bike: Kawasaki 2021 ZX-10R Issue: previous owner had not a clue Challenge: My honey-do list Resolution: fulfilled all expectations I was not happy with the handling of the bike. Previous owner had not done accurate maintenance, plugs were fouled ( carbon diposits at ignition point, and burnt oil residue ), chain was abused ( black, chunky, crimped, and tighter than a violin string ), oil changes were not performed correctly ( drain plug hadn't seen a wrench ), front and rear shocks and springs were dialed into ridiculously hard and stiff settings ( the bike has racing shocks and I wanted to keep the fillings in my teeth ), and the air filter was black and covered in soot. I gave them a list, and the list was checked off from beginning to end, parts were ordered ( oil filter, air filter, special plugs - thank you Jessy, Mike, Valerie, Joe, and Simon ). Thank you Kawasaki technicians for dialing the bike back into the cruise missile it should be ( shocks, chain, clutch cable, front and rear brakes, lube, filter and taking off that gas tank twice and only charging me labor once!!! ). Thank you Jacque for calling my friend and going on a video call with me about a cfmoto quad while I waited. Special thanks to Jessy, for putting up with my phone calls and giving me rides to and from the shop! Special thanks to Mike, for ordering me the sickest ARAI Corsair x isle of mann tt cup 2022 helmet I've ever seen. Special thanks to Joe, for letting me store the bike at the shop and authorizing all my extra BS! I know I can be a PITA, but I am one happy customer! Recommend to anyone and everyone. Tom" 4th Bike - 2022 GSX-s 1000 R, painless process, all i had to do was sign and provide POI. Gave me excellent trade in value on my old 2020 GSX-s 1000 R. Bought me breakfast, and opened the dealership early for me. Thanks again Jacque, Mike, and Jessy for taking my calls and getting messages to the right people. Keep an eye out for my old 2020 GSX-s 1000 R, A good bike that I meticulously took care of with a tail tidy, K&N air filter, Puig pegs and Oil filler cap, regular chain and oil maintenance and only 1300 miles.
