This facility started out very nicely. Staff friendly and helpful. Tons of activities to keep residents busy. Things however have taken a nasty turn. Staff is rude, uninterested in residents needs, and the bare minimum takes place. The facility is dirty and bacteria ridden! Everything is up for grabs and disappears on a daily basis. Very, very poor management. Sad state of existence for the elderly that reside there.

It was a week in advance. Now, there is no visitation because Covid percentages have increased in WNY.
No the 44 will take you to the corner of Transit and Lincoln but it's still about a 15-20 minute walk from there
