Terrible mis diagnosed and try to over charge. They have 0 clue

The wait is ridiculous. We waited nearly an hour beyond the scheduled appointment just to be summoned to see the Dr. But let me tell you, the staff is VERY loud and boisterous. In the waiting area, you can hear EVERYTHING discussed, including some confidential names, DOB, Rx information, phone numbers, etc. They need a much better privacy barrier separating their waiting room from their loud office area. The professionalism shown is very very weak. They speak much too loudly for their positions. It’s unnecessary and distracting. And the floor is very stained and dirty looking too. And the TV doesn’t work either. Even though these last items are insignificant, I’m just saying a professional office should do better.

Dr Kotler was knowledgeable in all matters that we discussed for my exam. He was professional and listened to my questions. My only issue was not with him but just the wait time for my appointment. It was 30 to 40 mins over the appointment time. Other than that. I had no complaints.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Kotler since 2009; I like him and his work. Unfortunately, the last several times I’ve had appointments, the reason I give a low rating for the practice is the horrible scheduling. I don’t know whether it is over scheduling, not knowing the true length of each appointment or not caring. Today, I arrive at 3:45 for a 4PM appointment; there are 7 men waiting various lengths of time to see same doctor as I. I sit and wait. And wait. At 4:45 I ask the receptionist and was told he just took his 3:00 patient. And there is 4 men waiting and we all have same doctor. I am told it will be another hour. So, if I am ‘lucky’ I will be seen almost 2 hours after my scheduled time. There has to be a scheduling system that this office can use and follow.
