Absolutely terrible. When you call you get sent to a “3rd party” call center talking to people at call centers and their homes some with such thick accents you can’t even understand them properly. Terrible patient communication care. You should be able to call and talk to someone at the office you go to without going through a 3 ring circus and being put on hold only for the call center person to com back on and tell you there isn’t anyone to talk to and then when they ask you to leave a message with the office you don’t get a call back. Why make your patients go through hell just to communicate with you??

I received little to no help. They wouldn’t see me with our records from my doctors understandable so I had my dr. Fax over the information. Az urology told me that it would take 24/74 hours for them to contact me. It’s been over week. Every time I called them to receive help they told me without the documents they can’t do any for me. I don’t know what’s wrong with there fax number they even gave me different fax number to several of there locations and no help really. I took this as a sign to not be seen by them and have now moved on. This is difficult special when a patient is in much need of help. I suggest there person in charge really works on a better way to receive there fax information so things don’t get miss place lost or forgotten.

Dr Koi is nice, professional but the appointments are rarely on time consistently 30 minutes late. Today we have been sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I asked reception how much longer, they said sorry they are waiting for a room because they double booked. When we arrived waiting room was full about 15 people, now we are the only ones left, I watched everyone else who arrived before and after us go in and then leave.

the most long, drawn out, sub par, unhelpful urology process i’ve had the displeasure of participating in. go anywhere else.
