Making an appointment was a nightmare. They canceled the first appointment without telling me, they canceled the second appointment and left a voice mail to let me know, and then when I called back to reschedule it, they no longer had the doctor’s orders, so I had to have those re-sent before I finally got the appointment that didn’t get canceled. Once I got there, it was great.

This place is very picky about documents. And it has had many customer failures regarding the documentation that doctors send to them because their requirements are constantly changing and it seems that either they do not inform the doctors' offices or something is happening with that communication and it affects us as patients. Personally, I am very upset because they have made me come 5 times and one person says one thing and another says the opposite, making it appear that one, as a patient, was the one who misunderstood. But the last time I asked them to fill out a document for the appointment that according to the secretary was required and when I went to the appointment they told me that it is not by appointment, pretending that I misunderstood and I showed them the document so that they would realize that they are very bad. As a young person, I cannot be wasting time from my work to come and waste it here, but I have always thought of people like you who are unable to get around and have many other appointments. I have had a similar experience. The only thing I can say on their behalf is, they do a lot of different imaging, so it could be that the people who are being taken ahead of you are having different tests.
You don't need an appointment for x-rays but you do for an MRI or cat scan
