Kylie the front desk person was very personable & knowledgeable. Jeremy, the MRI Tech was extremely professional with my husband, who recently had a stroke. In addition, he is hard of hearing. Jeremy was very patient too. We’d definitely recommend Simon Med at the Arrowhead location.

Parking at this busy complex was a problem. The office is dated and very busy. The service was excellent. I was able to book an appointment easily. I didn't have to wait on hold very long and I was able to book an appt within a few days. George was my provider and he was excellent. He explained everything every step of the way making me feel comfortable. The results were available the same day. I would return without hesitation.
