The procedure and atmosphere of the office were absolutely amazing! My only issue was on the financial side, they did not speak with my insurance prior to my procedure so I paid for everything upfront and had to wait for my insurance to reimburse me, I also was not given a choice on whether or not I wanted to do the the mail-in sample at 3mo post-surgery but was charged $99 for it. Besides the financial issues it was great, just wished they had spoken to my insurance prior and were more transparent about the charges at the time of the procedure.

I wanted to wait a couple weeks, post-vasectomy, to give an honest review... The consultation is important as Dr. Lin wants to make sure you really want this done, so be prepared for questions. The consultation went very well and I very much appreciate how he approached it. ~2 weeks ago, I got the procedure done; walked in, walked out, and drove myself home. Healing was quick at 7 days. As I've never I had my jewels messed with like this, I followed the doc's post-procedure orders as closely as I could, and have had zero problems! Dr. Lin and staff did an amazing job, not only on the operation but also making sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Also, there is no visible scarring and my goods still work wonderfully! A definite plus, especially on the latter! I highly recommend this group of amazing people. Thanks for taking such great care of me, Dr. Lin and team! I put in 4 hard mountain bike rides this week and I feel great!

Dr. Lin and staff are caring and efficient. Had a vasectomy done, I was in and out in around 10 mins. Quick and painless. I do recommend the laughing gas! The day after I feel great. Highly recommend Dr Lin!!
