Looking for apartment. These apartment pop up. After reading requirements it's seem like renting from a high class resort.Their expectations is unrealistic for the area. People don't work in corporate offices.

Do not give deposit unless you are sure about if you make to much or little. They put me on the street kept my deposit because I made $300 over per month. They don't care. Funny they want me to call them. They already made it clear that they are going to keep my deposit and there's no one to call and speak to accept them. I will call them and thank them for putting me on the street's . This is government housing. I am going to take this up with the city of Gilbert. Look at all the reviews saying that they kept their deposits. Be aware.

Do not move here! I've lived here for 2 years and had amenities for 1 month of that time. And only some amenities. Maintenance is understaffed so good luck getting anything fixed. Office randomly charges you for anything they can think of, no warning. I've been harassed about refilling out recertification for low income when 'lease' isn't up for months, threatening to raise my rent or evict me if I don't comply. Lease ends after 7 months of living here so they can increase rent any time since you are month to month. They've increased mine twice in 3 months. Neighbors don't clean up after their dogs or put them on leashes. They trash the park and leave it. Cops are here all the time for loud and fighting neighbors. Office staff has changed Maybe 5 times. If they don't even want to work here, would you want to live here ?

2/2 goes for 858 a month. No more, no less. Not income based unless you have Section 8. Your income must be high enough to afford the rent, but not over a certain threshold.
They have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. They have townhouse style apartments too.
Yes there is grocery stores walgreens urgent care home depot and 4 miles there is target and walmart. My son lives there and worked at target and used to walk

No. It has to be century link
Not income based per se, but if you have low income you dont pay taxes. Only Section 8 Apartments are income based. This apartment is basically a tax shelter for the owners.
