Wow, Dr Sui’s staff is extremely disorganized & somewhat disrespectful. The lack of communication is mind boggling. When I was deciding on an appointment change after their office called & stated the appointment I’d made the day before wasn’t available his scheduler literally hung up on me. When my kidney was bleeding after surgery longer than I was told I would be (3weeks longer than the 3 days) no doctor called me back. I was told I needed a pre op appointment for a shunt the day before surgery & when I arrived at the hospital 5-am the day before as instructed at the hospital no one knew what I was talking about & literally the department wasn’t even open for 4 more hours. When I went in for surgery Dr Sui couldn’t figure out why I hadn’t had the procedure! He was able to do a different procedure but honestly this has been the most confusing uncommunicative support staff I’ve ever experienced in 2 decades & that was at a teaching facility. I’ll be going elsewhere for the additional surgeries I require if my insurance allows it. I believe Dr Hsu is an okay enough surgeon but the run around at his office has been intensely consistent. The scan I was supposed to have after my surgery was never scheduled by his office when I called they told me to “just go to Simon med & ask for the scan myself….. after calling Simon med & they stated they had no order for me. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to call the scan in until I just didn’t show at the follow up. I had my pre authorization for surgery & literally had to make an appointment with my general doctor to call them as they weren’t calling me back for over 3 weeks. They only responded to my physicians office. Stupid amount of run around.

They will lie to u about appointment times and then not even inform u when u arrive. I sat here for almost an hour. Before I finally asked wth is going on. I was even what I thought was 30 minutes early. Apparently I was over an hour early but no one felt the need to tell me. I missed other very crucial appointments because of this. When I asked why they would do that the shorter auburn haird lady told the other worker u tell them what u tell them. U can't make them happy. The front staff could care less about you and what u expect from professionals. Very rude!!!!

My visit to the Chandler office was to continue my proposed treatment plan for my medical issues. I was treated politely and professionally. Dr. Patel was reassuring and thorough. I look forward to his continued care and my full recovery.
