Used for several years and were good and very helpful. I was give the incorrect ned for cats eye last time and eye got worse. I read label ingredients and called their attention to it. They did not apologize or refund me for it or even want to discuss it. I spoke to the receptionist and she said the vet knew about it (the young woman..Johnson?). I paid for the corrected med and left. I later received a letter from the young vet telling me they would not see me again because they dont like unhappy people. Still no apology or caring about their error. In the past it was an excellent clinic with excellent vets. I will never use it again...the values of those in charge have deteriorated immensely.

Inconvenience , unwelcome , don't waste my time is the attitude I received today. My reason for the drop in is because my Chuiweewee was scratched in the eye by a cat and he was favor it considerably. I called yesterday for some information and possibly scheduling an appointment . But was put on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up...... Hoping that there would be improvement the next day , there wasn't. So I take Manson there to see what I can do, maybe a prescription for antibiotics. But if i was you, save your time and energy for someone that cares for animals just 25% as much as I care for mine. Absolutely no help, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience at best. Extremely short , lack of dialog. Maybe I offended this person in other life? I don't know but I know everyone needs a vet and their help to care. Just a little bit at least. And yes I agree with prior review. Receptionist was very rude.
