No warning on any problems with my flight and am losing a whole day of vacation because of flight issues with lay overs In dayton ohio and even longer layover in Chicago all my other people are in Vegas and enjoying vacation wow don't use AA if you can get another carrier

I always fly American they have less troubles than the others And more flights! They have also started the food service back up in first class.

AA customer service is worst at Dayton Airport. I was expecting to get help to fix my itinerary, AA counter was almost empty, I was only passenger at that time. I talked Crystal at the check in counter. She wasn’t helpful at all, rather she was very rude. If you really want to fly from Dayton don’t use American Airlines, if you need to then don’t go check in counter.
